This individual should be a CPA or CPA candidate with 3-5 years of experience in public accounting. Audit experience is a must. Government experience a plus. We are seeking someone with excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements. Coordinate client engagements from start to finish, including overseeing the budget, planning, executing, directing staff, and completing financial statements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare all necessary financial statements and related disclosures and reportable conditions letters, with an eye on quality, thoroughness, and accuracy.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify and communicate technical matters to both clients and firm management.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Utilize proactive, effective communication with management, staff, and clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supervise, mentor, and train junior associates.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Desired Skills and Experience</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">CPA or CPA candidate with 3+ years of experience in public accounting with increasing responsibility. Audit experience is a must. Government experience a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree in accounting required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must possess technical knowledge related to performing financial and compliance audits.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supervisory experience preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide superior customer service.
