As part of a two-person lab team, you will be responsible for soils and aggregates testing for multiple infrastructure projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. &nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2+ years of construction materials laboratory and/or field-testing experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience using laboratory reporting software</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current certifications such as:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>ACI</li><li>NDG</li><li>CTQP</li><li>NICET (Soils, Concrete, and/or Asphalt)</li></ul></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The CMT Lab Technician will perform routine laboratory testing of construction materials including soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and other common construction materials in our lab.
