    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Project Manager I provides project-related management for small to mid-scale construction projects across various markets within an assigned Region or Division and is responsible for utilizing H&M's Project Management Methodology to manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle, while being accountable for all aspects of each project's success. This position provides direct support to other functional project teams in the planning and execution of the job including resolving issues, managing resources, coordinating projects, interfacing with client representatives, overseeing project accounting, training, mentoring and coaching. The Project Manager I is also responsible for managing third party resources and overall project performance. The Project Manager I serves a single-point contact and ensures compliance with the Henkels & McCoy established Project Management Methodology, upholding H&M safety and quality management protocols. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Project Manager I plans, monitors, and reports project status and performance data to management and stakeholders, and identifies potential stakeholder conflicts and facilitates resolution. They will be accountable to manage risks, develop and implement mitigation plans, and communicate risks for both self-performed and subcontracted work across all phases of the project. Additionally, the Project Manager I contributes to the continuous improvement of methodology, tools and approaches using fundamentals of H&M Project Management practices while training and providing project management guidance to associates and field engineers. The Project Manager I is considered the manager of process. The Project Manager I ensures that team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy. This role manages in an environment of trust and candor, promotes accountability, and assertively offers encouragement and constructive feedback.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience managing large scale projects and knowledge of construction and utility industry practices</li>\n <li>Understanding of Critical Path Scheduling software and MS Office Suite</li>\n <li>Completion of 3 H&M PMM online training</li>\n <li>Completion of 7 H&M PMP online courses to earn Master Certificate</li>\n <li>Moderately complex problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<u>Minimum Educational Background:</u>BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business \n<u>Minimum Years of Relevant Experience:</u>2+",
