    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Olgoonik is an Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p><p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>The Transportation Assistant shall provide for the arrangement of material movement of commercial carrier pick-up and delivery. &nbsp; 1st shift Temporary Mon-Fri 6:00 am - 2:30 pm&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prepares staging labels to be placed on cargo, ensuring it is loaded in the proper equipment.</li><li>Assigns seal numbers to each domestic shipment to ensure the cargo is secure and not tampered with while in transit.</li><li>Monitors shipment from time the driver leaves the warehouse until receipt of shipment at destination.</li><li>Processed Bill of landing is signed once the bolted seal is placed in the door of the equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all domestic shipments are noted in the weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.</li><li>Maintains spreadsheet on domestic shipment reports for accountability.&nbsp;</li><li>Signs proof of delivery from the receiver on the delivery date.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>There are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this position.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) experience preferred.</li><li>High School diploma/ bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Driving may be necessary.</li><li>Ability to work as a team member.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and the team.</li><li>Ability to operate skid steer, backhoe, mini-excavator, loader, trencher, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li></ul><p><strong>Security Clearance:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>N/A</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
