    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>Responsible for supporting the logistics and maintenance team with complex receiving efforts. The MNT Receiving Specialist will be provided scanned or physical copies of part kits to be received in Ramco or Coupa information systems. They will also This role will include support for AOG events, which may occur during non-traditional business hours.  </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily audit of Maintenance Packing slip database.  Completing open receipt actions ensure accuracy of component paperwork, in the AMIS document accuracy of part numbers and serial numbers, last maintenance actions. </li>\n <li>Ensure that recorded maintenance on part/component is entered into the computer maintenance tracking system</li>\n <li>Ensure maintenance program TBO/SLL and/or inspections are inherited and forecasting</li>\n <li>Ensure part is moved to appropriate warehouse</li>\n <li>Receive all engine and major components into the computerized maintenance tracking system. Modify component builds in AMIS based on repair and overhaul certification/documentation.  Determine component calculations to include engine and airframe formulas.</li>\n <li>Audit weekly COUPA delinquent receipts. Work with mechanics to receive parts in that are past 2 weeks of physical receipt.</li>\n <li>Asset tracking and updating in RAMCO.</li>\n <li>Provide receiving support for the maintenance organization for AOG events occurring during non-traditional business hours </li>\n <li>Other Duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Job Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regular scheduled attendance</li>\n <li>Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling - 0%</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Subject to applicable laws and Air Method’s policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position.  All employees must follow Air Methods’ employment practices and policies.</p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </p>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>\n <li>Previous aviation or system receiving experience required</li>\n <li>Familiar with the industry General Maintenance Manuals, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) & Air Transport Association (ATA) Coding</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiar with the industry General Maintenance Manuals, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) & Air Transport Association (ATA) Coding</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of aviation parts to include maintenance programs and configurations  </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of airworthiness documentation requirements (8130, JAA, EASA)</li>\n <li>Ability to make simple mathematical calculations</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of collaboration at all levels </li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Computer Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A&P License is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Air Methods is an EEO/AA employer.
