This position ensures that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The Superintendent works closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and clients to maintain project efficiency, schedule coordination, and job site communication.</p><h3 data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"768\"><strong data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"768\">Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"2043\"><li data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"851\"><p data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"851\">Manage and coordinate daily field operations for commercial roofing projects.</p></li><li data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"1008\"><p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"1008\">Supervise and support foremen and field crews to ensure work is performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and company standards.</p></li><li data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1149\"><p data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1149\">Monitor project progress, labor costs, material usage, and overall job performance to ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules.</p></li><li data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1290\"><p data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1290\">Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Coordinators on scheduling, material deliveries, equipment needs, and manpower allocation.</p></li><li data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1400\"><p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1400\">Ensure foremen receive all necessary job documentation, plans, and scopes of work prior to project start.</p></li><li data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1526\"><p data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1526\">Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications; Skills:</strong></h3><ul data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2887\"><li data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2180\"><p data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2180\">Minimum of <strong data-start=\"2097\" data-end=\"2122\">5 years of experience</strong> as a Superintendent in the commercial roofing industry.</p></li><li data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2322\"><p data-start=\"2183\" data-end=\"2322\">In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems including <strong data-start=\"2242\" data-end=\"2319\">single-ply, modified bitumen, cold/hot applied systems, and metal roofing</strong>.</p></li><li data-start=\"2323\" data-end=\"2419\"><p data-start=\"2325\" data-end=\"2419\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and technical specifications.</p></li><li data-start=\"2420\" data-end=\"2495\"><p data-start=\"2422\" data-end=\"2495\">Proficient in labor scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.</p></li><li data-start=\"2496\" data-end=\"2646\"><p data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2646\">Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with internal teams, clients, and third-party contractors.</p></li><li data-start=\"2647\" data-end=\"2722\"><p data-start=\"2649\" data-end=\"2722\">Competency in basic computer applications and project management tools.</p></li><li data-start=\"2723\" data-end=\"2778\"><p data-start=\"2725\" data-end=\"2778\">Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</p></li><li data-start=\"2779\" data-end=\"2821\"><p data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2821\">OSHA 10/30 certification<strong data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2818\">&nbsp;</strong></p></li><li data-start=\"2822\" data-end=\"2887\"><p data-start=\"2824\" data-end=\"2887\">Spanish-speaking proficiency is preferred but not required.</p></li></ul><h3 data-start=\"2894\" data-end=\"2934\"><strong data-start=\"2898\" data-end=\"2934\">Work Environment &amp;
