    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian contractor for a Full time<strong> Registered Triage Nurse  </strong>at the<strong> Dumfries Ambulatory Care Clinic </strong>in Dumfries, VA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This contract position offers:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flex 36-40 hours - 13 hour shifts Week 1 Mon, Wed, Fri 7am-8pm EST Week 2 Tues, Thurs, 7am-8pm EST and Saturday 6am-2pm EST</li>\n <li>Outpatient Setting</li>\n <li>No On-Call</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Opportunity to Care for our Active Duty, Retiree's and their families</li>\n <li>11 paid federal holidays (no Sundays or on-call responsibilities) </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluating patients by conducting physical examinations or interviews.</li>\n <li>Reviewing medical history and determining symptoms and severity.</li>\n <li>Monitoring vital signs.</li>\n <li>Initiating emergency treatment if necessary.</li>\n <li>Sorting patients into priority groups.</li>\n <li>Communicating patient status to doctors and nurses.</li>\n <li>Providing education to patients and families.</li>\n <li>Transporting patients to appropriate treatment areas.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen.</li>\n <li>Shall have completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university; and/or graduate of an accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) School. </li>\n <li>2+ years of RN experience preferred within last 5 years,</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with injured workers employer and treating physician’s office</li>\n <li>Have knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in the use of basic word processing, data entry, and automated records.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This isn't just a job; it's a chance to be part of an innovative, patient-centric healthcare team that values your skills and dedication.
