This position will allow the team member to gain insight to the production processes in our shops (Assembly/Body/Paint). The apprenticeship will expose the team member to all levels in the organization in order to assist in building a resume that will allow the individual to become competitive in the job market. %0A Responsibilities: %0A %0A Improve transparency of project-related action items %0A Develop and track useful KPIs %0A Feasibility analysis of optimization projects %0A Coordinate project steps with plant operations %0A Prepare meeting agendas and minutes %0A Assist where needed at the department %0A All other duties as assigned %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Shape the future today. %0A %0A The world is changing. Available to complete the 3 semester program duration Knowledge and Skills: · Analytical thinking, ability to work systematically and independently · Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) · German language is a plus but not a requirement · Applicants should be eager, driven, focused, hard-working individuals that are ready to assist a growing company · Should be willing to learn and be taught skills from experienced members of the team · The individual should be self-motivated and interested in adding value and making a difference within an organization MBV does not offer assisted living or a relocation package for this assignment Mercedes-Benz Vans, LLC is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that appreciates and leverages the diversity of our team.
