That's why we are proud to offer a favorable and sustainable on-call schedule.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>HIGHLIGHTS:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Predictable Call Coverage: Our physicians enjoy a regular in-house call coverage schedule.</li>\n <li>Emergency Support: In the rare event of an emergency requiring more frequent calls, this is limited to 90 days while we arrange for alternative coverage, ensuring you are always supported.</li>\n <li>Collaborative Environment: You will have the opportunity to participate in developing mutually beneficial backup call coverage and collaborate with our new laborist group, fostering a team-oriented approach to patient care and physician responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.</li>\n <li>Eligible for licensure in New Jersey</li>\n <li>Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.</li>\n <li>Strong surgical skills and a dedication to staying current with best practices.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing general primary and surgical obstetrics and gynecological care in accordance with ACOG standards.</li>\n <li>Performing both minimally invasive and traditional surgical procedures.</li>\n <li>Hospitalizing and managing inpatient care as needed.</li>\n <li>Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of consulting physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.</li>\n <li>Educating and mentoring residents in our Ob/Gyn Clinical Program.</li>\n <li>Participating in health promotion, disease prevention, and quality improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Maintaining detailed and timely patient and billing records.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Starting Minimum Rate</h2>$289,108\n<h2>Job Posting Disclosure</h2>HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty. Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
