As a Barista, you help create the Starbucks Experience by serving customers with prompt service, high-quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. While recommending new products and taking custom orders, priorities can change instantly. In this fast-paced environment, you will need to adapt quickly to the store’s changing needs.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety and security guidelines, to ensure partner safety during each shift.</li>\n<li>Attend to customer needs promptly and efficiently.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming workspace.</li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.</li>\n<li>Prepare and serve quality beverages, food products and whole beans consistently, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.</li>\n<li>Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.</li>\n<li>Assist and coach new team members during onboarding.</li>\n<li>Contribute to a positive team environment and recognize individual and team achievements.</li>\n<li>Handle cash and accurately record customer orders.</li>\n<li>Maintain store cleanliness and organization as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Job Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a customer-facing role is ideal.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Willingness to follow all sanitation, health, and hygiene standards.</li>\n<li>Previous experience in food &amp; beverage or hospitality is desirable.</li>\n<li>Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br>No previous Starbucks experience is required; training will be provided.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>",
