You are expected to oversee various aspects during the whole product development life cycle at system architectural level, define requirements, architecture, identify technical weakness and improvements of the design, testing and manufacturing process, and proactively take initiatives driving innovations and new features pilot, and also support RFI/RFQ responses to win new customer projects.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities/Statement of Work :</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">1. Support projects execution as the technical lead:</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"> - Define system functional/non-functional requirements, identify high-level solutions, create system level architecture design, and track implementation for features development/improvement.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"> - Provide early techical feasibility and effort estimation in project and feature planning.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"> - Create system architecture and review HW/SW architecture design to ensure all system level considerations are taken into account.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"> - Align with cross product teams on system architecture and HW/SW interfaces consistency.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"> - Review feature implementations to idenfity requirement gaps and address improvements.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"> - Identify potential new requirements and/or enhancements, drive for implementation.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">  - Ensure defined development processes compliance and pass internal/external audits.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">2. Support pre-sales activities including RFI/RFQ and customer engagement on technical topics to make sure prompt and accurate responses.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">3. Perform hands-on pilot study for new technologies and prototyping of new features based on projects need or marketing demands.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">4. Maintain clear and accurate product documents, and drive technical innovations for patents submission.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Education and Experience : </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- BSEE/CS, MS will be preferred.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- 5+ years’ experience on embedded system development work, preferably in wireless connectivity products especially in automotive industry, with minimum 3 years working at system architectural level.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Working experience on Qualcomm or MediaTek cellular platforms is a plus.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Hands-on working experience on WIFI/BT, V2X and NTN technologies is a plus.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Experience in Automotive telematics or infortainment is a strong plus.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Knowledge and experience in processes of ASPICE, ISO21434 and ISO26262 are preferred.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Competencies : </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">1. Solid system level understanding of embedded systems including HW chipsets architecture and Software architecture. </span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">2. Familiarity with Real-time OS, Linux, or Android system from Kernel to user space, and preferably hands-on software programming in C/C++, Python, Perl, JavaScript, Lua, etc.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">3. Hands-on experience in at least 6 of the following areas (3+ at system architectural level expertise) :</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Wireless standards (3GPP, 3GPP2, GNSS, WIFI, BT/BLE, V2X, NTN, etc.)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Peripherals of USB, UART, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, I2S, PCIe, SDIO, etc.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Memory (NAND, eMMC, DDR) chipset solutions, file systems, memory endurance/reliability solution</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">-  Product security (Secure boot, Secure update, Secure storage, etc.), embedded Linux security (DAC, SMACK, SELinux, AppArmor, IMA, etc.) and SW/HW hardening technics in Automotive industry.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Networking (TCP/IP, SSH, TLS, Firewall, IPsec, VPNs, etc.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Device management and OTA with cloud connectivity (OMA-DM, LWM2M, MQTT, CoAP, etc.)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Thermal design principles and thermal managment technics</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Audio HW/SW architectures and tuning mechanisms</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Automotive E/E architecture and software architecture based on AUTOSAR</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">4. </span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">Proactive working attitude, being able to work efficiently both independently and collabratively in a group.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">5.
