      "content": "\n<li><strong>Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience</strong> leading crews in underground utility, plumbing, or site work (storm or sanitary piping systems preferred).</li>\n<li>Proficient in reading and laying out from <strong>blueprints and construction drawings</strong>.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of <strong>trenchless technologies</strong> and methods of pipe replacement.</li>\n<li><strong>Pipe fusing experience</strong> required; plumbing experience is a plus.</li>\n<li>Familiar with <strong>trench shoring systems</strong> and OSHA excavation safety standards.</li>\n<li><strong>OSHA 30</strong> and <strong>Confined Space Certification</strong> a strong bonus.</li>\n<li>Must demonstrate a “whatever-it-takes” work ethic with a sense of ownership and accountability.</li>\n"
