This role is based in the Tidewater Fleet Supply on-site parts room located within a fleet services garage and if for the 2nd shift from 3:30p - 1:30a Tues - Thurs and Monday 6:30a - 3:30p. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment supporting daily fleet operations.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs.</li><li>Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions into ERP system.</li><li>Assist in entry of vendor receiving documents into ERP system.</li><li>Service customers by identifying needed parts, using parts catalogs, computer system.</li><li>Maintain a current knowledge base of all product offerings to identify and fulfill customer needs.</li><li>Respond to in person and email inquiries from the Fleet Technicians.</li><li>Locate and obtain parts.</li><li>Process buyouts for non-stocked parts.</li><li>Keep counter and parts room neat and clean.</li><li>Occasionally drive company vehicle to pick up parts.</li><li>Provide 24-hour support at the city location during emergencies.</li><li>Open availability to work 2nd shift from 3:30p - 1:30a Tuesday - Thursday and Monday 6:30a - 3:30p.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands and Working Conditions</strong></p><ul><li>Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.</li><li>Stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, and walking are occasionally required.</li><li>Keying data is repetitive motion and is frequently required.</li><li>The position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.</li><li>Must have open availability. &nbsp;Some night and weekend will be required.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.</li><li>Enjoy working in a fast-paced customer service environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Health Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) with Health Savings Account</li><li>401K - Employer Match</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Performance Bonuses0</li><li>Life Insurance - Employer Paid</li><li>Supplemental Policies (Disability.
