    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>Premier Cooperative</strong> is an Illinois farmer-owned cooperative providing agricultural commodities and energy products. &nbsp;Premier employs approximately 130 people across 26-grain elevators that surround the Champaign, Illinois area.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong>&nbsp; Tasks include but are not limited to grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and the loading of grain on trucks and rail cars. &nbsp;Monitor stored grain condition and inventory levels. &nbsp;Maintain and cleaning of assigned grain facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment for you and your fellow team members. &nbsp;Grain Elevator Operators will be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Abide by all cooperative safety and environmental policies, protocol, and procedures</li><li>Load and unload grain by truck and rail cars, segregates, maintains and monitors inventory quality and condition throughout drying, aeration and blending processes as directed by supervisor.</li><li>Ability to complete tasks independently</li><li>Participates and documents the housekeeping and preventable maintenance of assigned facilities</li><li>Maintains a courteous, polite and helpful attitude with team members, customers, vendors and contractors taking advantage of opportunities to assist and meet their needs by promoting a positive Premier experience.</li><li>Complete Pre-Trip Inspections as required.</li><li>Maintain the general appearance of the facilities of Premier to include elevators, grounds, buildings, etc.</li><li>Assists other team members at other facilities when needed</li><li>Work extended hours as needed</li><li>Be at work on time and ready to work with a neat and clean appearance.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li><li>Grain experience a plus</li><li>Willing to work extended hours, weekends and holidays during peak seasons</li><li>Able to climb on a regular basis, no fear of heights</li><li>A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Frequently required to climb, stand, walk and stoop</li><li>Frequently required to work in all weather conditions outdoors</li><li>Frequently required to lift 50 lbs. or more.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
