The General Manager is responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience.</p><p>&nbsp;Key responsibilities include finding, hiring, and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation, and developing the training plan for each new hire. You are also responsible for scheduling and deploying the team correctly, addressing performance issues, assisting in the resolution of customer issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of people development, and a positive attitude.&nbsp;</p><h2><strong>Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:</strong></h2><ul><li>Drive excellent customer service and maintain company standards.</li><li>Ensure Crew Members and Shift Supervisors complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.</li><li>Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables on a continual basis and take corrective action to meet or achieve margin and sales growth targets.</li><li>Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that all proper food safety precautions are satisfied.</li><li>Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.</li><li>Engaging in clear, consistent communications with field leadership and restaurant staff on a frequent basis.</li><li>Building an effective team through training and development; and supplying meaningful and timely performance feedback.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ensure food safety, quality, and sanitation.
