font-size: 12pt\">Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit the varied learning styles, strengths, and abilities of all students, ensuring that each student reaches their full potential.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Curriculum Planning: Design and implement detailed lesson plans that cater to the MYP/DP Mathematics framework, fostering a solid understanding of key mathematical concepts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assessment &amp; Evaluation: Develop, administer, and assess a variety of tasks and tests to monitor student progress, providing timely, constructive feedback to both students and parents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Student Support: Offer additional support through extra lessons, one-on-one tutoring, and mentoring for students needing further assistance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Mathematics Department and other subject teachers to create interdisciplinary units and projects that enhance student learning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Extracurricular Involvement: Lead and support extracurricular activities such as math clubs and other events related to mathematics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field is a must.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, teaching credential) is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A minimum of 5 years of experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level, with familiarity in adapting lessons for diverse learning needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience in teaching MYP and DP Mathematics would be an advantage. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of the IB MYP and DP curriculum and assessment strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to inspire and engage students, promoting a love of mathematics and fostering a positive learning environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent organisational, communication, and classroom management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to enhance teaching and learning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fluent English Language (C2).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;
