We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s ready to dive into software development and help bridge the gap between our clients' needs and our engineering team’s expertise.<br><br>No previous experience as a Business Analyst required. We’re looking for solid cross over skills, like communication, organization, curiosity, and a love of tech. We can teach you what you need to know to succeed.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with clients to elicit requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into clear, actionable steps for our software engineers.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with developers to ensure they fully understand project goals, constraints, and user expectations.</li>\n<li>Develop and refine functional specifications, use cases, and flow diagrams, ensuring everyone is on the same page.</li>\n<li>Keep an eye on project progress and communicate updates with clients and internal teams, making sure we’re all moving toward the same goal.</li>\n<li>Help troubleshoot and resolve any project hiccups that might come up along the way.</li>\n<li><span>Serve as liaison between the client and the development team to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.</span></li>\n<li>Gather feedback post-launch to keep improving our processes and outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>No previous experience as a Business Analyst required. We will train you.</li>\n<li>Great communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical folks.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills—you’re able to dig into issues and come up with workable solutions.</li>\n<li>A general understanding of software development processes.</li>\n<li>Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and any data visualization software is a plus!</li>\n<li>No OPT or sponsorship, must be U.S.-based.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Transform Labs </span><br>Transform Labs specializes in building innovative software solutions for diverse sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, startups, and non-profit organizations.
