As a Project Director at Allucent, you are responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the clinical study trials for Neuroscience or Immunology and Infectious Diseases . Experience in Cell and Gene Therapy is a plus. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful execution of trials, from initial planning through to completion, with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient project management.\n\n In this role your key tasks will include: \n\n Project oversight: \n\n Responsible for overall quality and management of the delivery clinical trial projects and programs\n Manages complex, cross functional resource requirements in line with budgeted, time, scope, and quality expectations for project delivery\n Oversees budgets and ensuring correct financial forecasting, planning, invoicing and timely implementation of out of scope activities\n Reviews and approves content and costing of proposals\n Ensures effective risk management across the project delivery lifecycle\n Negotiates and influences internal and external team members in a professional manner and with successful outcomes\n Effectively solves problems with projects teams by applying strategic thinking and conflict resolution skills\n Balances multiple competing priorities, with effective and efficient resource utilization across projects and programs\n\n Client management: \n\n Serves as key contact for assigned clients on delivery of scope, customer satisfaction on services and capabilities and the assessment of client needs\n\n Leadership: \n\n Shows knowledge of and insight into general business principles and practices, and is able to balance business priorities\n Demonstrates a growth mindset, and approaches complex challenges with creativity and flexibility\n Leads by example and encourages team members to develop strong solutions for clinical trial delivery\n Supports the recruitment and interviewing of new employees\n Responsible for supervision of project staff and communication with functional managers, including performance feedback\n 10% of Business travel is required for this position, including possible international travel\n\n Requirements\n\n To be successful you will possess: \n\n Minimum Bachelor’s degree in life science, healthcare and/or business degree; Master’s degree or greater preferred\n Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience\n Minimum 7 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research\n Extensive clinical project management experience, with at least 5 years of clinical project management experience\n Preference for candidates with CRA experience\n Expert knowledge of ICH GCP(R2), data and patient privacy practices, and applicable (local) regulatory requirements\n Strong financial acumen, administrative excellence and analytical skills\n Experience managing global clinical trials\n Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, critical thinking and organizational skills, including command of English language\n Proficiency with various applications including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required\n Clinical trial delivery process expertise\n Strong general administrative skills and experience\n Outgoing and client focused\n Proactive and solution oriented\n Strong presentation and networking capabilities\n Experience applying a data driven approach to drive clinical trial delivery solutions\n\n Benefits\n\n Benefits of working at Allucent include: \n\n Comprehensive benefits package per location\n Competitive salaries per location\n Departmental Study/Training Budget for furthering professional development\n Flexible Working hours (within reason)\n Opportunity for remote/hybrid\\ working depending on location\n Leadership and mentoring opportunities\n Participation in our Buddy Program as a new or existing employee\n Internal growth opportunities and career progression\n Financially rewarding internal employee referral program\n Access to online soft skills and technical training via GoodHabitz and internal platforms\n\n Disclaimers: \n\n\\ Our hybrid work policy encourages a dynamic work environment, prescribing 2 days in office per week for employees within reasonable distance from one of our global offices.\n\n “The Allucent Talent Acquisition team manages the recruitment and employment process for Allucent (US) LLC and its affiliates (collectively “Allucent”).
