Key Responsibilities: Handle all inbound leads (phone, email, website, walk-ins) in a timely and professional manner Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups on unsold leads, previous customers, and service customers Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems Build rapport with customers to understand needs and match them with appropriate vehicles Follow dealership processes for lead management and response times Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handoff Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and database mining Track daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (appointments set, shown, sold) Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and positive experience Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred (automotive is an asset but not required) Strong communication skills (phone, email, text) Comfortable handling high call volumes and multitasking Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Key Skills: Customer relationship building Objection handling Time management and organization Attention to detail Team collaboration Working Conditions: Full-time position, including evenings and weekends Fast-paced dealership environment Performance-based incentives/bonuses may apply Compensation: Base salary plus commission structure Performance-based bonuses tied to appointments set, shown, and vehicles sold Earning potential increases with performance Westminster Toyota will provide the training required to help you succeed with your automotive career.
