Operating across Aotearoa New Zealand, we work in partnership with veterinary clinics to deliver a seamless, respectful aftercare experience that honours the bond between pets and their people.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role | Mō te tūranga:<br></span>We are seeking a reliable and adaptable <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>All-Rounder</em></span> to support the day-to-day operations of Fond Farewells. In this casual role, you will contribute across a wide range of operational activities, helping to ensure high quality service delivery, efficiency, and compassionate care for our customers and their beloved pets.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working as part of a close knit team, you will provide support across multiple areas of the business, responding to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism, care, and attention to detail.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role suits someone who is flexible, practical, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same.</p>\n<p><br><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide professional, compassionate customer service and respond to client enquiries and concerns.</li>\n<li>Complete administrative tasks including data entry, record management, and documentation.</li>\n<li>Operate cremation equipment in line with procedures and health and safety requirements.</li>\n<li>Conduct pet collection services from veterinary clinics and other locations, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.</li>\n<li>Collect and transport laboratory samples from veterinary clinics.</li>\n<li>Prepare memorial products and urns for return to clients with accuracy and care.</li>\n<li>Support day-to-day operational tasks to maintain quality and service standards</li>\n<li>Assist team members across all areas of the business as required.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you | He kōrero mōu<br></span><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">To be successful in this role you need to have:<br></span></em>You will bring previous experience in customer service, administration, or a hands-on operational role. You are confident working in a fast paced environment and take pride in delivering high quality, compassionate service.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable managing a varied workload including administration, customer service, operational duties, and driving.
