    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n Are you a Maintenance Supervisor professional eager to advance your career? &nbsp;Emerson, a top-tier organization, presents an outstanding opening for a Maintenance Supervisor on 1st shift! &nbsp;This role at Emerson’s Appleton Foundry in South Milwaukee, WI location, offers a fantastic chance to improve and oversee our 1st shift Maintenance operations, personnel and safety of the department. &nbsp;You will coordinate activities and oversee your team who are responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing of facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes. &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n  <li style=\" margin-bottom: 8pt\">Maintain and enforce safety programs to ensure a safe environment for all employees.</li>\n  <li style=\" margin-bottom: 8pt\">Supervise a maintenance team in their daily tasks, that include electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and facility repairs.</li>\n  <li style=\" margin-bottom: 8pt\">Ensure equipment is maintained to comply with environmental requirements.</li>\n  <li style=\" margin-bottom: 8pt\">Develop maintenance personnel encouraging a team environment.</li>\n  <li style=\" margin-bottom: 8pt\">Assist in developing and maintaining a Preventative Maintenance and Part Inventory program.</li>\n  <li style=\" margin-bottom: 8pt\">Evaluate equipment and determine what repairs are needed to improve machine uptime.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n  &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Who You Are:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>\n   <p style=\" margin-bottom: 8pt\">You find and champion creative ideas and actively move them into implementation; moving beyond traditional ways of doing things and pushing past the status quo.
