You’ll earn while you learn the trade, and we’ll guide you through the plumber licensing process to help you advance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is paid on a commission basis with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate.  This averages to range between <strong>$60,000-$120,000 per year</strong>. Pay increases quickly with each year of experience. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Roto-Rooter plumbing apprentices/service technicians utilize their skills to provide effective solutions for plumbing and drain issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.</li>\n <li>A plumbing service call commences with diagnosing issues and offering cost estimates to finalize the transaction.</li>\n <li>Make the necessary repairs for the customer.</li>\n <li>Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smart phone.</li>\n <li>Collect payment and move on to the next service call.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li>Excellent communications skills.</li>\n <li>A mechanical aptitude is desirable, but prior plumbing experience is not necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>At Roto-Rooter, we believe our most significant investment is in our employees.
