    "description": "<h2>Subsidiary</h2>New Millennium\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Read and understand production bills of material, structural drawings and steel erection drawings to produce accurate shoporders for production.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Data entry and design of open web steel joists and steel decking in proprietary design program</li>\n <li>Prepare shop orders and details for production</li>\n <li>Check designs and shop orders for other designers</li>\n <li>Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, production driven environment</li>\n <li>Meet schedules for assigned projects</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Proficient computer skills</li>\n <li>Basic understanding in geometry and trigonometry</li>\n <li>Ability to visualize how elements fit together in 3D when working with 2D drawings</li>\n <li>Willingness to go beyond typical duties to assist co-workers and customers</li>\n <li>Willing and able to work 50+ hours/week during busy seasons</li>\n <li>Prior experience in the steel joist industry is a plus</li>\n <li>Design related degree with knowledge of statics and materials is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.</strong></em></p>",
