    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div><p>Carrico Implement is proud to offer two Partnership in Education programs that assist students interested in pursuing a career in agriculture. &nbsp;Selected students will experience internship opportunities allowing them to combine classroom knowledge with hands-on experience in our service departments as a paid intern. &nbsp;</p><p><u>John Deere Ag Tech Program</u> - Two-year program offered by Southeast Community College or Garden City Community College. &nbsp;Graduates of this program obtain an Associate of Applied Science Degree and John Deere Technician Certification. &nbsp;Full Ride Scholarships include tuition, fees, books, housing, meal plan, required tool set with tool box, summer internship, and guaranteed full-time employment upon graduation &bull; Students are eligible for the company technician incentive plan after one year of completed education. &nbsp;Total value of scholarship in excess of $50,000. &nbsp;Five-year work commitment required.</p><p><u>Local Technical Program</u> - Study pre-approved by dealership. &nbsp;Reimbursement Program consists of a $10,000 total value over a five-year work commitment ($2,000 / year) &bull; Summer internship &bull; Students are eligible for the company technician incentive plan after one year of completed education &bull; Additional John Deere training provided upon hire&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\">Purpose:</p><p>Participate in on-the-job training while attending an accredited technical college or university program focused on the fundamentals and key technical concepts to become an effective service technician. &nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments</li><li>Adheres to assigned work schedule</li><li>Complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments including timecards and Work Orders</li><li>Become familiar with usage of Service Advisor, PartsAdvisor and CCMS systems</li><li>Assist senior technicians as needed</li><li>Perform basic service tasks as assigned and other duties as assigned by management</li><li>Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat, safe and orderly fashion</li><li>Account for all time and material used in performing assigned duties &nbsp;</li><li>Develop skills in removal, disassembly, and reconditioning of components</li><li>May perform pre-delivery set-up and inspection on new equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment</li><li>Maintains a high level of personal hygiene and neat appearance</li><li>Maintains a high level of customer service, conducting self in a manner befitting the image of the company. &nbsp;</li><li>Keeps a positive attitude throughout each day and cooperates with all co-workers, vendors and customers to ensure a productive work environment, working to develop a sense of &ldquo;team&rdquo; among all departments</li><li>Works with integrity, always upholding company values</li><li>Adapts to changes in the work environment.</li><li>Communicates improvement processes to management team</li><li>Promote and incorporate our core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Value, Improvement, Communication &amp; Knowledge consistently in actions and communication</li></ol><p>Requirements: &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><ol id=\"isPasted\"><li>Maintain minimum required GPA*&nbsp;(based on specific school for requirements)</li><li>Interest in learning methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair of outdoor power equipment/agricultural equipment</li><li>Fundamental knowledge of engines, hydraulics, power-trains, air-conditioning, and electrical systems as they apply to machines marketed by the dealership</li><li>Ability to read, write, and speak effectively with customers and/or other employees</li><li>Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly</li><li>Willingness to learn and work hard</li></ol><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
