    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>The key role of this position will be repairing, customizing, and servicing customers firearms on a high-volume basis. He or she will be expected to handle customer&rsquo;s issues or questions such as writing in firearms that need repair, communicating to customers where their firearm is in the repair processes, and all other gunsmithing customer communication. &nbsp; It is required that the candidate has previous gunsmithing experience and a wide range of firearm knowledge. &nbsp; Williams Gun Sight is one of the leading gunsmithing repair centers in Mid-Michigan so we are looking for highly qualified individuals.</p><p><strong>Applicant Requirements/Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Must have gunsmithing experience.</li><li>Highly recommended to have graduated from a qualified gunsmithing school.</li><li>Must have advanced firearm knowledge to service a wide range of firearms.</li><li>Must have positive customer relation skills.</li><li>Must be proficient with basic computer skills.</li><li>Must be at least a high school graduate.</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><ul><li>Employee must possess the physical requirements to perform gunsmithing activates listed above.</li><li>Employee must be physically able to stand, walk, and/or sit for a period of time.</li><li>Employee must be able to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.</li></ul><p><strong>Incidental Duties</strong></p><p>The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job. &nbsp; They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, and indeed additional responsibilities may be assigned, as required by management.</p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p><p><br></p></div>\n<br/>5 days/week 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM<br/>MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY<br/>40-44 hours/week<br/>",
