This role ensures patient needs are addressed efficiently and that onboarding is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The Enrollment Specialist will also engage with patients through approved communication platforms, providing clear and professional support. This position reports directly to the Pharmacy Manager.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Schedule Details </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Locations:</span> On-Site, Laguna Hills, CA. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span> Monday - Friday, 8 hours between </span>5:00 AM to 7:00 PM (training schedule may differ from assigned shift) </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and manage new patient accounts and relationships</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing and referral departments to implement company strategies</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve patient/customer issues</li>\n<li>Coordinate across departments to ensure efficient patient onboarding</li>\n<li>Handle all tasks related to the onboarding of new patients</li>\n<li>Recognize when to escalate calls or concerns to a supervisor</li>\n<li>Engage new customers through various platforms (e.g., OhMD)</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently</li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex issues clearly</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with peers, business units, compliance professionals, and external partners</li>\n<li>Self-motivated, able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education Requirements </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High School Diploma or equivalent</span><br></li>\n<li>Licensed or registered Pharmacy Technician<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">AmeriPharma’s Mission Statement </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Our goal is to achieve superior clinical and economic outcomes while maintaining the utmost compassion and care for our patients.
