Polar Beverages is looking to hire Merchandisers throughout the Berkshires / Western Mass territory. Full Time, Part Time & Seasonal positions available. Polar highly encourages internal growth, and will make sure that you can grow with us! Bonus Potential, Incentives and Mileage Reimbursement – up to $6,500/yr Benefits include; Medical, Dental, 401k, Disability & Company Paid Life Insurance. Personal, Vacation & Paid Holidays, Health and Wellness benefits Responsibilities: • Determine customer needs and products • Display setup using current point of sale • Maintain established shelf sets • Assist Account Rep in assigned territory • Follow directions for setting up and cleaning store shelves. • Back room cleanliness of store • Product rotation in the stores. • Must work safely within the workplace. • Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: • Good communication skills • Dependable car and good driving record • Valid driver’s license • Willing to work weekends • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
