As a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Systems Technician <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">on </span>backshift</span>, you will support and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) while working closely with teams across the organization to drive continuous improvement.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in overseeing the structure, improvement, and compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS).</li>\n<li>Ensure QMS processes, procedures, forms, templates, and documentation remain accurate and up to date.</li>\n<li>Help arrange and conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS standards.</li>\n<li>Coordinate logistics and preparation for external audits when required.</li>\n<li>Work with departments to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.</li>\n<li>Follow up on improvement initiatives to ensure long-term effectiveness.</li>\n<li>Support Process Owners across different departments and the Quality Systems Manager in monitoring and maintaining QMS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li>\n<li>Participate in and lead training opportunities and team meetings related to quality systems and continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">About You:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p>Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and improving systems.
