    "description": "<p>We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to lead projects from mobilization through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely and on schedule, and for maintaining the highest standards of quality and contract compliance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Quality Control Manager will provide management and oversight for the overall QC processes and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, field staff, and subcontractors, ensuring strong coordination and clear communication across all phases of the project.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage project‑specific Quality Control Plans</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the Three Phases of Control: preparatory, initial, and follow‑up inspections</li>\n<li>Coordinate inspections, testing agencies, special inspectors, and jurisdictional authorities</li>\n<li>Identify quality issues early and drive corrective action</li>\n<li>Maintain deficiency logs, inspection records, testing reports, and QC documentation</li>\n<li>Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and revisions for quality impacts</li>\n<li>Support punch list development, closeout documentation, and final inspections</li>\n<li>Communicate quality risks and solutions to project leadership</li>\n<li>Promote accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement across QC activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–5 years of construction QC, inspection, or field supervision experience</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, codes, testing, and closeout</li>\n<li>Experience coordinating inspectors, testing agencies, and trade partners</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, or related field preferred</li>\n<li>Experience with DSA, HCAI, or public agency requirements (preferred)</li>\n<li>Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to lead complex, high-impact projects</li>\n<li>Collaborative team environment with direct access to leadership</li>\n<li>Clear path for growth and advancement</li>\n<li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>401K with matching</li>\n<li>Healthcare</li>\n<li>Paid vacations and holidays</li>\n<li>Performance bonus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Us:</span></p>\n<p>We are a General Contractor with over 30 years of experience delivering complex public and institutional projects across K–12, higher education, healthcare, and civic markets.
