You will be responsible for ensuring our production machinery runs smoothly and our facility remains in top shape. This role requires a blend of mechanical troubleshooting and general building upkeep.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><strong>Machine Maintenance</strong>: Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on food processing equipment (mixers, dumpling forming machines, conveyors, and packaging sealers).</li><li><strong>Facilities Upkeep</strong>: Handle basic plumbing, electrical repairs, lighting, and general \"handyman\" tasks around the warehouse and office.</li><li><strong>Troubleshooting</strong>: Quickly diagnose mechanical or electrical failures to minimize production downtime.</li><li><strong>Food Safety (GMP)</strong>: Ensure all repairs are done according to food safety standards.
