    "requisitionDescription": "<div><h1 data-pasted=\"true\">Position Summary&nbsp;</h1><p>This position oversees the daily safe and efficient operation of the chilling system.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and ensure that all equipment is operating properly&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain organic and NAE skips&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and monitor proper chlorine levels in the neck chiller&nbsp;</li><li>Check Microtox and buffer levels in the pre-chiller ever hour as needed, and document</li><li>Change Chlorine and PH totes as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that all birds are kept pushed underwater during the chilling process&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor chiller water temperature hourly&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor water level in pre-chill at all times&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee all 4 chillers constantly, watching for any problems</li><li>Communicate with shackle line employees to ensure that the flowing process is correct and completed in a timely manner&nbsp;</li><li>At the end of the day, must ensure that the water is at proper levels.
