    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Role Description:</span><br>The role of the Affiliate &amp; Influencer Marketing Specialist is focused on developing and growing Trodo's affiliate partnerships and influencer marketing activities across Scandinavia, the Baltics, and Europe to drive revenue growth, increase conversions, improve partner performance, and identify new growth opportunities.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and grow Trodo's affiliate programs across various affiliate networks and platforms, including CJ, Adtraction, Propelbon, and others</li>\n<li>Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners, including publishers, content websites, price comparison platforms, and other partnership channels</li>\n<li>Optimize affiliate performance through commission strategies, promotional campaigns, incentive programs, and product feed management</li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze affiliate marketing performance, including traffic, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and return on investment<br></li>\n<li>Develop and execute influencer marketing activities aligned with Trodo's brand and business objectives</li>\n<li>Identify, recruit, and build long-term relationships with influencers and content creators across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and others</li>\n<li>Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including outreach, negotiations, campaign briefing, execution, coordination, and reporting</li>\n<li>Identify new growth opportunities through partnerships, influencer platforms, and international markets</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing</li>\n<li>Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Awin, CJ, or similar platforms</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions</li>\n<li>Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, CPA, ROAS, and return on investment metrics</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li>\n<li>Ability to independently manage priorities, multiple campaigns, and deadlines</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership of results</li>\n<li>Initiative, critical thinking, and willingness to identify new growth opportunities</li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, content, SEO, localization, and other business teams<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in English is essential for communication with foreign customers</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Considered as an advantage:</em><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in e-commerce</li>\n<li>Experience using influencer marketing tools such as Modash, Upfluence, Aspire, or similar platforms<br></li>\n<li>Experience with performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools</li>\n<li>Experience working with international markets<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Extended health insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Flexible benefits (extra holidays or paid GYM)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Growth &amp; development opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Employee Purchase Program</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mental health support program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fruits (and ice cream during summer), and refreshments in the office</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Family-friendly workplace</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Celebrations of employee's important life moments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Team buildings and corporate events</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Trodo was founded in 2013 by two young IT enthusiasts (and brothers) from Latvia and an experienced rally and car maintenance veteran from Norway.
