Works as an enabler by anticipating and providing solutions to complex business and operational problems. Achieves business objectives and overall stakeholder satisfaction through the development and implementation of business processes.</p>\n<p>The incumbent will be responsible for Structured Products Loan Operations (CDO/CLOs). The teams will largely be responsible for end-to-end functions, ranging from reconciliations, break management, payments and compliance reporting. The applicant should carry hands on experience in this line of operations and should be proficient with an understanding of the operating model.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Will be a part of India Leadership team, thereby representing overall interests of the company.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Some of your key responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead multi-city, large teams spread across multiple operational groups.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Accountable for overall Service Level Agreement / Key Performance Indicators deliverables.</li>\n <li>Engages and communicates with senior stakeholders, locally &amp; globally.</li>\n <li>Drive adherence to all Computershare domestic and global policies and procedures&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Create and maintain effective operational control standards.</li>\n <li>Ownership for projects and initiatives within responsible areas, improve standards of service delivery, business unit efficiency, reduce risk, and/or reduce costs.</li>\n <li>Envision future state operating model &amp; work with domestic &amp; global teams towards execution.</li>\n <li>Functional area KPIs and KRIs achieved in line with business strategy, risk appetite and risk metrics.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Compliance with all applicable regulations within regional governing operational activities&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Employee development and growth opportunities</li>\n <li>High touch points across key operations and shared services teams&nbsp;Ensures all IT governance and business processes are adhered to.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>What will you bring to the role?&nbsp;</b>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate (bachelor’s degree) or equivalent; 15+ years related progressive experience in multinational financial services industry.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or above.</li>\n <li>Handled large teams (circa 200) representing multiple operational areas.</li>\n <li>Past experience in&nbsp;Structured Products Loan Operations (Collateral Debt Obligation/Collateral Loans Obligation, Loan Syndications) or Corporate Trust.</li>\n <li>Has a good understanding of how direct and indirect teams (operations/shared services, local &amp; global) work together to successfully achieve operational and wider business line goals and objectives.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Should have previous cross-functional (multi-city teams preferred) management experience in financial services industry.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Rewards designed for you</b></span></p>\n<p><span><b>Health and wellbeing</b> rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family.</span></p>\n<p><span><b>Save for your future.</b> We will support you along your retirement savings journey.</span></p>\n<p><span><b>Paid parental leave,</b> flexible working and a caring and inclusive culture.</span></p>\n<p><span><b>Income protection</b>.
