If you share our commitment to excellence and enhancing customer and resident experiences, join us and make a difference!</p>\n<p>Floor Technicians perform day-to-day cleaning tasks related to flooring in common areas and tenant suites, etc. Overall duties will include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, carpet shampooing and extracting, and responding to all cleaning emergencies. Evening Floor Technicians must be organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
