font-size: 12pt\"> Logon to the learning management system daily, respond to emails regularly and successfully complete the responsibilities of the position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully complete the responsibilities of the position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: red\">QUALIFICATIONS</span><span style=\"color: red\">:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> To instruct transfer courses, a Master’s degree in discipline is required or a Master’s degree in another field may be considered in addition to a minimum of 18 graduate credits in discipline for which hired.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> College teaching experience preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Ability and willingness to teach via alternative delivery systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Ability to communicate professionally with individuals from diverse ethnic, racial, socioeconomic, gender and disabilities populations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Physical requirements include: excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills; ability to understand words and respond effectively and appropriately; visual acuity to view a computer terminal;
