The Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches. Additionally, the Product Owner will monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and drive continuous improvement. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.</p>\n<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the entire life cycle management of a technology/digital product or type, including purpose, definition, design, planning, development, prototyping, and testing.</li>\n <li>Applies design techniques to define product features; develops the roadmap based on effort sizing and overall value to the business.</li>\n <li>Frequently touches base with development teams and the business for sprint reviews.</li>\n <li>Recognized as an expert in Bank Treasury Products within the organization.</li>\n <li>Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices.</li>\n <li>Defines users, creates and maintains user stories, and develops and prioritizes functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements.</li>\n <li>Develops manageable deliverables, milestones, and development schedules from large or complex user stories.</li>\n <li>May assist product marketing in defining the target market, developing marketing materials, or understanding the product value proposition.</li>\n <li>May lead functional teams or projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Has specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in Bank Treasury Products.</li>\n <li>Performs work with a high degree of latitude. Handles the most complex issues.</li>\n <li>Ability to build collaborative relationships.</li>\n <li>Has a Customer/client orientation mindset.</li>\n <li>Analytical thinking and computer skills combined with technical know-how.</li>\n <li>Project scheduling and project management skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education & Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum Required: 6+ years of related experience in banking and treasury products.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Systems & Technology</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li>\n <li>Understands client/server computing architecture, user interfaces, and application programming interfaces.</li>\n <li>Understand concepts related to relational databases with the ability to write SQL queries.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-LL1</p>\n<h2>About Stifel</h2>\n<p>Stifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
