This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and the effective utilization of clinical information systems.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The manager serves as a key partner to physicians, clinic leadership, administration, and information technology teams to optimize clinic operations, improve patient outcomes, and support organizational growth initiatives.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Three Crosses Regional Hospital is an advanced, independent healthcare organization led by a local team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and being the first choice for patients and providers in the communities we serve.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Direct and oversee daily operations of assigned specialty clinics, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional patient experiences.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide leadership, coaching, and support to clinic staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize operational, financial, and clinical data to drive performance improvement and strategic decision-making.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission, OSHA, state regulations, and organizational standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and deliver EMR training, educational materials, and competency assessments.</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead EMR implementation, optimization, upgrades, and workflow integration projects.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with clinical and operational teams to design, test, and improve clinical information systems.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct workflow analysis and translate clinical requirements into effective system solutions.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop training programs, educational materials, and competency assessments related to EMR utilization</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as a clinical informatics resource for providers, staff, and departmental super users.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong>:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Associate&rsquo;s degree in business administration.
