    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan</li>\n <li>Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch’s current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritizes work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly</li>\n <li>Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures).
