Starting hourly rate calculated by experience. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Hand Therapist (OT) in Seffner, FL.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Requirements:</strong> 1+ year recent hand therapy experience; CHT preferred; splinting skills a plus</li>\n <li><strong>Role:</strong> Treat upper extremity conditions (tendon injuries, sprains, post-op fractures) using evidence-based care</li>\n <li><strong>Benefits:</strong> Work with top hand surgeons in a fully equipped clinic; join a growing national Hand Therapy program</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Apply today and help patients regain function!</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.</li>\n <li>Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.</li>\n <li>Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
