Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.<br><br><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Complete training in basic construction safety (OSHA 10 or equivalent in-house training).</li><li>Escalate known or possible safety issues to the correct person.</li><li>Work with project team to identify, mitigate, or eliminate project safety risk.</li><li>Oversee project lifecycle, phases, and roles/responsibilities within each phase.</li><li>Accountable for scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects.</li><li>Interface with procurement to ensure project materials have been ordered and establish lead time for the materials.</li><li>Create PO requests for materials and services as needed.</li><li>Track long-lead items and their impact on the project schedule.</li><li>Utilize basic estimating skills to create a bottom-up project estimate with input from project stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor project spend and construction progress to ensure projects have adequate budget.</li><li>Process project change requests in a timely manner.</li></ul><strong>Requirements:</strong><ul><li>Relevant degree or appropriate certification/licensing; Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management.</li><li>5+ years of experience as a primary project manager for construction projects.</li><li>Construction project planning and execution experience.</li><li>Experience leading all aspects of an assigned project to include clarifying and detailing the scope, schedule, and budget.</li></ul><strong>Preferences:</strong> <ul><li>Strong knowledge of and experience with security systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Effort/Activities:</strong><br>May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
