The position will promote an exceptional “golf experience” and provide excellent services and programs to all our customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain positive and effective working relationships with other employees, management and all members of the public</li><li>Adherence to the established policies and procedures of the MGASA</li><li>Meet, greet and welcome prospective customers within <strong>one minute</strong></li><li>Initiate and implement safety regulations and procedures</li><li>Show a passion for serving and provide excellent customer service to guests of the bar</li><li>Arrive to work on time, well-groomed and in a clean uniform</li><li>Follow opening list on preparing the bar for service and closing list for the breakdown of the restaurant</li><li>Maintain knowledge of menu, allergens and specials</li><li>Mention daily specials if applicable, answer questions and suggest menu items</li><li>Take guest orders and offer recommendations to enhance guest experience&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to keep busy with sidework and cleaning duties</li><li>Verify accuracy of prices, state and federal taxes, tips and other charges on each receipt</li><li>Adherence to cash and system controls to ensure the safekeeping of assets and inventory</li><li>Understand basic money handling including cash, credit cards and starting a tab for patrons</li><li>Clean and clear tables of dishes including prebussing tables to ensure cleanliness</li><li>Flexible schedule due to fluctuating business levels and events</li><li>Maintain compliance with TABC Seller/Server guidelines</li><li>Advise supervisor of any feedback as soon as it occurs</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
