This position includes roles such as ushers and ticket takers, ensuring that each guest has a positive experience from the moment they arrive at the venue until they leave.</p><p><br></p><p>You will play a key role in directing guests to their seats, assisting with ticket scanning, answering questions, and ensuring that the venue is operating smoothly. This is a customer-facing position, and you'll be expected to provide friendly and efficient service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for fans, families, and all attendees.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a seasonal, part-time position with shifts mainly scheduled between August and March.
