      "content": "<div>\n<div>• Own performance across all studio locations, driving revenue, utilization, retention, and<br>profitability<br>• Lead, coach, and manage General Managers, building a high-performing and accountable<br>leadership team<br>• Execute new studio openings including hiring, training, and launch readiness<br>• Implement and scale operating systems, including SOPs, reporting, and a consistent<br>performance cadence across studios<br>• Drive studio-level sales execution, ensuring strong membership growth, retention, and lead<br>conversion<br>• Collaborate on local marketing execution to support studio growth and pre-opening ramp<br>• Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience aligned with JETSET’s premium brand<br>standards</div>\n<p>• Identify and resolve operational issues across studios, maintaining smooth and efficient day-to-<br>day execution</p>\n<p>• Oversee facilities, equipment, and vendor management to maintain a best-in-class studio<br>environment<br>• Manage staffing strategy across locations, ensuring proper coverage, labor efficiency, and team<br>structure<br>• Partner with ownership on expansion, providing operational input on new locations and overall<br>growth strategy</p>\n</div>"
