    "description": "<p>Concrete Finisher</p>\n<p>Immel Construction is seeking an experienced and reliable Concrete Finisher that would be responsible for placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete on a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction with high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span>Prepare job sites by setting forms, compacting subgrade, and placing rebar or mesh as needed.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span>Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces, such as floors, sidewalks, parking lots, or curbs using hand and power tools.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><span>Cut joints with a groover or saw to help control cracking.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span>Apply curing agents and sealants as required.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span>Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to meet required grades and finishes.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span>Operate equipment such as skid steers, power trowels, screeds, rider and concrete saws.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span>Maintain a safe and clean worksite, following all safety procedures and regulations.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span>Assist with general labor tasks as required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span>Proven experience as a concrete finisher or similar role in the construction industry.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete construction.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of concrete types, finishing techniques, tools, and materials.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and in varying weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Physical Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.</li>\n<li>Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and walk for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in outdoor and potentially hazardous environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
