    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Multi-craft&nbsp;Maintenance Technician</p><p><strong>Department:&nbsp;</strong>Maintenance&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Employment Type:&nbsp;</strong>Full-Time, Non Exempt&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To perform preventive maintenance, shutdown maintenance, and repair duties for the facilities technology team to ensure the assigned unit remains in operating form. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Essential Functions:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Perform mechanical/electrical maintenance duties safely, professionally, and to standard while following all company and regulatory safe work and housekeeping practices&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in and support Hankook&rsquo;s continuous improvement programs to include 5S&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and maintain a partnership approach to operations, quality, and EHS&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain knowledge of the machines and remain up-to-date on predictive and preventive maintenance guidelines&nbsp;</li><li>Diagnose problems with existing equipment/machinery&nbsp;</li><li>Install, troubleshoot, and maintain all manners of electrical components&nbsp;</li><li>Use of computer systems to perform diagnostics on electrical components and PLC system&nbsp;</li><li>Perform work from blueprints, sketches, or specifications&nbsp;</li><li>Inspect, clean, replace, and repair machines, motors, and other electrical components&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain wiring systems; bend conduit and replace old wiring&nbsp;</li><li>Replace guards, covers, and close control cabinets after work is completed&nbsp;</li><li>Perform welding and fabrication as required&nbsp;</li><li>Perform any additional duties as assigned by management&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required&nbsp;</li><li>At least 4 years of previous maintenance experience in an industrial environment required&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent command of written and spoken English&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of various machine operations and production roles&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient with reading mechanical print&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Mitsubishi</li><li>PLC Communication/integration (HMI, Servo)</li></ul><p><br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; to reach with hands and arms; and to talk and hear&nbsp;</li><li>Must be capable of climbing up and down a ladder/stairs several times per shift&nbsp;</li><li>Must be capable of standing for long periods of time. Mobility throughout the facility.&nbsp;</li><li>Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, walk, crouch, or crawl.&nbsp;</li><li>Employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted on occasion&nbsp;</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.&nbsp;</li><li>Working at heights of 10 feet or greater, operating lifting devices, and entering confined space&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree&nbsp;required; mechanical/ electrical engineering major preferred; advance degree in a related field preferred</li><li>A related internship with&nbsp;previous&nbsp;experience in manufacturing industry desired</li><li>Excellent command of written and spoken English; both conversational and technical</li><li>Korean / English Bilingual is a plus</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Competencies:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Engineering and Technology: Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
