font-size: 12pt\">Scheduling staff members’ shifts according to workload demands and assigning daily activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supervise, motivate and monitor the performance of the production team. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Actively participates in the recruitment process for the department by identifying staffing needs and shorting potential candidates by utilising the company’s HRIS (BambooHR).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in the performance management process within the department by providing continuous and constructive feedback, keeping communication lines open, providing clarification of expectations and identifying areas for improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Actively coaches the staff to unlock team member’s potential and growth, help them to develop new skills and to aid in promoting individual responsibility, in collaboration with the management team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Shares the responsibility with the management team in conducting annual performance appraisals for staff, ensuring that the process is fair, free of biases, accurate, and promotes the overall purpose of the performance management system.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Training and Development </span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in all aspects of Training and Development and Talent Management to maximize staff's personal and professional growth, in accordance with the company's Human Resources - Training and Culture Development team initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify and conduct assessments to determine what training needs are required for staff within the department to increase job knowledge.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Associate’s degree in Agriculture, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience in a leadership role within feed milling or a similar manufacturing environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of feed mill operations, production processes, and machinery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve operational issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to creating a safe work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n</ul>",
