This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the full content lifecycle—from concept and scheduling through recording, editing, and distribution—while ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned with our brand.  This role will also coordinate any outsourced editing. <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Podcast Production</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end-to-end production of a monthly podcast episode, including scheduling guests, coordinating recordings, and overseeing editing</li>\n<li>Ensure timely delivery and consistent quality of each episode</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Short-Form Content Creation</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Edit short-form promotional clips from podcast episodes for digital and social platforms</li>\n<li>Script, record, and edit short-form promotional videos for:\n<ul>\n<li>RRR content</li>\n<li>Magazine features</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Optimize content for engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Content Planning &amp; Execution</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop video concepts and promotional strategies</li>\n<li>Maintain and execute against a content calendar</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Editing &amp; Production Management</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform hands-on video editing as needed</li>\n<li>Manage outsourced editors where applicable, including briefing, feedback, and quality control</li>\n<li>Ensure all deliverables meet brand and technical standards</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in video production and editing</li>\n<li>Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar</li>\n<li>Experience producing podcasts (audio and/or video)</li>\n<li>Strong scripting and storytelling skills for short-form content</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li>\n<li>Experience coordinating freelance or outsourced resources is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Video editing and post-production</li>\n<li>Content creation and storytelling</li>\n<li>Organization and project management</li>\n<li>Attention to detail</li>\n<li>Communication and collaboration</li>\n<li>Understanding of social media content trends</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Rapaport Group:</span> The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added value services that support the development of fair, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets.
