Candidate should be able to communicate well and be comfortable handling multiple requests professionally. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have strong land, title and data analytical skills, and will be highly organized.&nbsp;</p><p>Job Description</p><p>&nbsp;Research and verify data for preparation of land related documents, agreements, reports and correspondence.</p><ul><li>Prepare and track proposal letters.</li><li>Assemble and maintain Land well files.</li><li>Monitor deadlines and election periods.</li><li>Assist Landmen as requested to complete special projects, acquisitions and divestitures.</li><li>Communicate with working, royalty and other interest owners concerning their interest.</li><li>Communicate with other departments to ensure all data is captured properly.</li><li>Utilize all software applications needed to produce required end product.</li><li>Monitor OCC activity as it relates to company owned assets.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>\n    </div>\n  \n",
