font-size: 12pt\">Concept</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Researching innovative styles/techniques to fulfill a market need or create a market demand</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Analyze category sales and market trends, integrating findings into new collections</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Conceptualizing, developing and presenting new product ideas that aligned with seasonal themes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Develop new product categories to continue to diversify the product range, ie., new materials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Create artwork repeats, pattern matches, and detract as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Confirming and documenting product specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Work with the Quality Control Technician</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;
