s various locations.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:6.0pt;\"><strong>M</strong><strong>AJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 21.5px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Using contracted wholesalers and distributors, place material/equipment purchasing orders for the various KabaFusion locations&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure GPO or direct purchase costs are loaded correctly with the wholesaler, distributor and each KabaFusion site</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure invoice discrepancies for each site are completed in a timely manner and make necessary adjustments in CPR as appropriate.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with each site to ensure adherence to purchasing and receiving procedures so that purchase orders are created and received correctly.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follows up on placed orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Enters data for new products ensuring correct costs, revenue codes, supplier(s) and site are accurate</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow up on sites with entry of product location(s) in CPR<sup>+</sup> and creation of shelving label with product information and reference codes for easy retrieval&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains par levels for all KabaFusion locations to ensure proper stock is kept.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and work with each site to keep active inventory clean by identifying missing shelf locations, inventory reference numbers, par levels and inactivating items not stocked.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create and produce purchasing reports as requested</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review monthly inventory reports and submit discrepancies to the Corporate Purchasing Manager.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist sites with monthly inventory and reporting as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains records for easy reference and retrieval&nbsp;</li></ol></div><p style=\"margin-left:33.0pt;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:6.0pt;\"><strong>S</strong><strong>K</strong><strong>ILLS AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:31.5pt;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:31.5pt;\">&bull;
